Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
- Must pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
- Flexible schedule including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills including active listening
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Complete shift logs and document parking activity
- Label keys and maintain organized records of parked vehicles
- Regularly check lot for security and compliance
- Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
- Provide friendly assistance to guests with parking questions and payments
- Communicate effectively with team members using radios
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Perform additional duties as needed to support parking operations
