Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
  • comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and follow grooming standards
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • alertness to environment including moving vehicles and weather changes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • customer service experience preferred
  • positive and helpful attitude
  • strong communication skills including active listening
  • ability to handle guest interactions with patience and attention to detail
  • team-oriented and collaborative
  • ability to use personal cell phone for work communications
  • willingness to attend training sessions

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • track money and paperwork responsibly
  • complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • label keys and record vehicle details
  • check lot regularly for safety and compliance
  • maintain cleanliness and order of parking area and booth
  • assist guests with payments and parking questions
  • use radios for team communication
  • arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
  • perform other tasks to support operations
