Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication skills
  • team-oriented with ability to collaborate
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • basic math and money handling skills

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • track money and paperwork responsibly
  • complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • label keys and record vehicle details
  • check the lot regularly for safety and compliance
  • maintain cleanliness of parking area and booth
  • assist guests with payments and parking questions
  • communicate effectively using radios and support team operations
  • arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
  • perform additional tasks and attend training as needed
