Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Hold a current MAST permit and food service card
- Available to work Friday and Saturday shifts with option for weekday shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Punctual and reliable
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to provide at least 2 prior employer references
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or serving experience
- High-volume bartending or serving experience preferred
- Current MAST permit
- Valid food service card
- Ability to work weekend closing shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to learning and professional growth
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and serving areas
- Manage cash and card transactions responsibly
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with closing duties including cleaning and securing the premises
