Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- able to pass a background and motor vehicle records check
- six to twelve months of valet experience or equivalent experience preferred
- understanding of traffic flow and parking regulations
- proficient in motor vehicle safety precautions preferred
- strong interpersonal/customer service skills
- ability to make sound decisions and act quickly in stressful situations
- proven reliability, dependability, and flexibility
- able to move at a fast pace
- able to work with minimal supervision
- available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to perform physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, grasping
- willing to work in inclement weather when needed
- able to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Provide safe and professional valet services
- greet and welcome visitors to the loading dock
- accommodate parkers by opening doors and assisting with baggage or other heavy items
- park vehicles within the dock or parking ramp following the designated parking plan
- conduct security vehicle inspection
- when assigned, collect and label keys to ensure safe and efficient return
- operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- assist with loading dock operations
- direct traffic within the loading dock
- assist in coordinating parking plans to maximize safety, security, and efficiency
- assist with other loading dock duties as needed or directed
- perform other duties as assigned
