Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Successful completion of MOA classroom training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Capacity to work in all weather conditions using issued gear
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high volume days

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Successful completion of MOA classroom training
  • Excellent coordination and movement skills

Job Duties

  • Direct motor vehicles through the MOA parking ramps and ramp entrances
  • Set up and collect traffic cones for the upper levels of the parking ramps to establish inbound and outbound lanes for traffic flow
  • Ensure clear radio traffic so all officers and supervisors are aware of incidents and safety concerns
  • Assist drivers and pedestrians to navigate safely through the parking ramps
  • Quickly adapt to changes, adjust cones, and direct traffic flow according to direction and ramp capacity
  • Identify and report harmful or hazardous conditions or emergency situations
  • Maintain safety awareness at all times to ensure the safety of self, other team members, and guests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with upset guests, ensuring the safety of self and others
  • Assist in detecting at-risk guests and situations by reporting concerns using provided radio
  • Assist other MOA Security divisions by observing and reporting suspicious activity
  • Cross train with the PEP unit as needed
  • Work in all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold with MOA issued gear
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high volume days
  • Additional duties as assigned
