Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
  • Additional 32hr BSIS security trainings or willingness to obtain during hiring process
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass extensive screening process
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Preferably located in the San Fernando Valley area
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) with additional 32hr BSIS security trainings or willingness to obtain during hiring process
  • Valid driver license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Preferably have field supervisor or site supervisor experience
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience is highly advantageous

Job Duties

  • Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts
  • Provide hands-on leadership including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers for career advancement
  • Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts
  • Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling the companys core values and promoting high performance standards
  • Achieve key goals such as 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels
  • Become proficient in all company software systems related to onboarding, scheduling, and financial operations
  • Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorlds mandatory requirements and operational standards
