Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Must be alert to moving vehicles and aircraft and capable of effective communication via radio
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and noisy environments

Job Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Hold an active Security Guard license
- Authorization to work in the US or Canada depending on location
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport security identification
- Ability to obtain Customs Seal if required by customer or role
- Preferred one or more years of relevant experience
Job Duties
- Consult with previous shift supervisor for ongoing assignments
- Schedule guard assignments and dispatch officers to assigned posts
- Coordinate with Safety & Training department to ensure all security guards complete required training
- Make recommendations to management on discipline, promotions, demotions, and terminations
- Brief security officers on operational issues for the shift and check for proper grooming and uniform
- Ensure all posts all covered on an hourly basis for proper coverage
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature as required for the assigned post
- Transport pilots to and from desired destinations
- Maintain security of the cargo and company equipment
- Observe that cargo has not been tampered with and report incidents
- Maintain work area in clean condition and report damaged or broken equipment
- Complete paperwork and data entry connected with work assignments
- Follow company procedures to ensure safe and responsible operations
- Be willing to receive cross training for all contracted posts
- Complete all required training by company, airport authority, or customer
- Be punctual, prepared and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
