Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior security, law enforcement or military experience
- Minimum one year supervisory experience
- At least one year in hospitality or tourism field
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old, 21 to operate company vehicles
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, climbing stairs
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Outlook and MS Office
- Ability to administer CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience
- At least 3 years of security-related experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and payroll/incident reporting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building layouts and local area
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the job
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Assist Security Manager with daily paperwork review and follow up
- Complete inspections of security equipment for operational status and report or repair issues
- Conduct foot patrols of the lodge interior and perimeter to identify risks
- Maintain order and handle emergency conditions calmly and effectively
- Observe security monitors and report unusual activity or alarms
- Complete daily and incident reports
- Administer CPR and First Aid as needed
- Supervise shift operations and investigations and follow up until complete
- Promote positive guest experience
- Perform supportive functions of a Security Officer
- Make staffing and disciplinary recommendations
- Maintain key issuance procedures using relevant systems
- Operate security department in absence of manager
- Perform other duties assigned by Security Manager
