- 5 years of progressive leadership experience
- bachelor's degree from an accredited college

- 5 years of progressive leadership experience
- collateral and or special access program (SAP) security experience
- possess a security clearance
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with budget and staffing plan development
- ability to motivate and inspire security team members
Job Duties
- lead a multifunctional team of security professionals
- develop administer and audit security programs for government compliance
- oversee security activities supporting special access and collateral classified programs
- serve as the Greenville Facility Security Officer
- manage the AUS guard force contract and day-to-day security operations
- prepare implementation manuals and establish procedures for classified material handling and access control
- oversee budget and staffing for the Greenville security team
