Job Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • have proven supervisory experience in security
  • possess a minimum of one year experience
  • able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
  • have ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • demonstrate responsive and strong problem solving skills
  • hold State Security license (BSIS Guard Card)
  • complete additional 32 hours of security training
  • willing to obtain additional training during hiring process

Job Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • demonstrate responsive and strong problem solving skills
  • hold Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
  • possess a state Security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32 hours security trainings
  • willing to obtain additional training during the hiring process

Job Duties

  • Monitor the premises to ensure security
  • supervise and direct the daily activities of security personnel to ensure post orders are followed and client expectations are met
  • perform regular site inspections to identify physical security risks and ensure equipment functionality
  • assist the Security Manager with scheduling and staffing needs
  • conduct on-the-job training for new hires and ongoing training on emergency preparedness
  • conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
  • control access points and verify identities
  • respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
  • write detailed reports on events and incidents
  • collaborate with authorities during serious situations
  • ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
