Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- have proven supervisory experience in security
- possess a minimum of one year experience
- able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
- have ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- demonstrate responsive and strong problem solving skills
- hold State Security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- complete additional 32 hours of security training
- willing to obtain additional training during hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.

- have proven supervisory experience in security
- possess a minimum of one year experience

- demonstrate responsive and strong problem solving skills
- hold Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- possess a state Security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32 hours security trainings
- willing to obtain additional training during the hiring process
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- supervise and direct the daily activities of security personnel to ensure post orders are followed and client expectations are met
- perform regular site inspections to identify physical security risks and ensure equipment functionality
- assist the Security Manager with scheduling and staffing needs
- conduct on-the-job training for new hires and ongoing training on emergency preparedness
- conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- control access points and verify identities
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- write detailed reports on events and incidents
- collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
