Job Requirements

Minimum of three years supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
At least three years of work experience in a casino environment
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Must comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining necessary licenses
Ability to work under time pressures
Ability to maintain focus for extended periods
Ability to work irregular hours and handle multiple tasks
Physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Ability to operate vehicles such as Segways and golf carts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Manage security programs, processes, and procedures to ensure the protection of casino assets and safety of guests and team members
Communicate and implement department procedures as directed
Assist in the development and implementation of security training programs
Investigate incidents and guest complaints, compile accurate reports for the Gaming Commission and department heads
Complete and investigate first reports on injuries
Provide input for performance reviews of supervisors and security officers
Perform other related duties as assigned
