Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
  • At least three years of work experience in a casino environment
  • Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Must comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining necessary licenses
  • Ability to work under time pressures
  • Ability to maintain focus for extended periods
  • Ability to work irregular hours and handle multiple tasks
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to operate vehicles such as Segways and golf carts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage security programs, processes, and procedures to ensure the protection of casino assets and safety of guests and team members
  • Communicate and implement department procedures as directed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security training programs
  • Investigate incidents and guest complaints, compile accurate reports for the Gaming Commission and department heads
  • Complete and investigate first reports on injuries
  • Provide input for performance reviews of supervisors and security officers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
