Job Requirements
- Two to five years’ experience as a security guard or law enforcement agent
- 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid Racing License
- Management abilities demonstrated in managing security operational effectiveness
- Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel
- Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Development of staff, evaluating and training by designing training programs
- Assist with interviewing and selection
- Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift
- Meet with directors and managers as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
