Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift including days, swing, or overnight
- Scheduling needs may vary week to week
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State security license and required BSIS training
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass thorough screening process
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Completion of 32 hours BSIS security training or willingness to obtain
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass extensive screening
- Flexible availability to work any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Monitor premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
