Job Requirements
- Must be 21 plus years of age
- Must have an active drivers license
- Must have clean driving record
- Must have three plus months of security experience
- Must be able to work at all site locations including Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Freedom, Monterey, Salinas, Hollister, Gilroy, and Morgan Hill
- Must have open availability to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass an extensive screening process
Job Qualifications
- State security license
- 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 plus years of age
- Active drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Open availability
- Three plus months of security experience
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem solving skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
