Job Requirements

  • At least two years of receptionist or executive assistant experience
  • Active driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Attach most up to date resume with application
  • State security license and 32hr BSIS security trainings (or willingness to obtain during hiring process)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Documentation of high school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass extensive screening process

Job Duties

  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Work on multiple systems seamlessly and quickly
  • Commit to email 5 minute email SLA and 3 minute instant-message SLA
  • Use available resources thoroughly
  • Time management - shift between events and meetings professionally and promptly
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
