Job Requirements

  • At least two years of receptionist or executive assistant experience
  • Active driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must attach an up-to-date resume with application
  • State security license and 32-hour BSIS security training or willingness to obtain
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Documentation of high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass extensive screening

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and verify identity
  • Manage access control for visitors
  • Operate multiple systems efficiently
  • Meet email response SLAs and instant-message SLAs
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of available resources
  • Manage time effectively during high priority events
  • Perform regular security patrols to identify risks
  • Inspect and report on security equipment
  • Respond to incidents and provide first aid
  • Coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write detailed incident reports
  • Ensure safety of individuals and property
