Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years or older for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Pass a background investigation complying with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Pass a drug screen as permitted by law
  • Comply with licensing requirements subject to state and local laws prior to employment
  • Hold a valid driver’s license for driving roles only
  • Have prior experience as a receptionist

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Prior experience as a receptionist
  • One year prior security experience
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literate with ability to manage security technology and software
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Strong observation and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
  • Observe persons entering and exiting to protect employees and assets
  • Ensure proper sign-in and badge assignment for visitors and enforce compliance codes
  • Account for all temporary and visitor badges by logging, auditing, and submitting monthly inventory
  • Mitigate unwanted intruders and escort visitors at all times
  • Monitor visible and audible alarms
  • Ensure all doors are secured and in optimal condition
  • Submit daily activity reports and security incident documentation to leadership and Global Security Operations Center
