Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform duties that require standing or walking for extended periods
  • no prior criminal convictions relevant to security work
  • legal authorization to work in the hiring country
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and alert in stressful situations
  • basic computer literacy
  • willingness to undergo security training

Job Duties

  • maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises actively
  • enforce regulations and directives regarding personnel, visitors, and site area
  • control access to client premises effectively
  • provide customer service and information to employees and visitors
  • remain visible and approachable to ensure security presence
  • preserve order and respond to incidents or emergencies professionally
  • document and report security-related occurrences as required
