Job Requirements
- Must have at least two years of receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Must have an active driving license and clean driving record

- Able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Hold a state security license
- Completed or willing to complete 32 hours of BSIS security training

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify identities
- Manage access control and guide visitors
- Operate multiple security systems seamlessly
- Respond promptly to emails and instant messages
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
