Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
- ability to pass a full background check
- proficiency in English
- basic computer skills including MS Office
- ability to learn security software
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- certification in CPR and first aid preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors following security procedures
- manage the visitor management system and entry log accurately
- perform building access and check-in procedures including issuing badges
- maintain vigilance and report suspicious behavior or unattended objects
- identify and report hazards and security issues promptly
- demonstrate effective verbal communication and active listening
- utilize life safety equipment and administer basic first aid and CPR
- perform administrative tasks as needed
