Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • ability to pass a full background check
  • proficiency in English
  • basic computer skills including MS Office
  • ability to learn security software
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • certification in CPR and first aid preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional demeanor
  • no immigration sponsorship provided

Job Qualifications

  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in customer experience or related role
  • preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • strong interpersonal and observation skills
  • ability to perform under stress

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors following security procedures
  • manage the visitor management system and entry log accurately
  • perform building access and check-in procedures including issuing badges
  • maintain vigilance and report suspicious behavior or unattended objects
  • identify and report hazards and security issues promptly
  • demonstrate effective verbal communication and active listening
  • utilize life safety equipment and administer basic first aid and CPR
  • perform administrative tasks as needed
