Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- pass a background investigation as required by law
- be subject to a drug screening
- meet licensing requirements if applicable
- possess a valid driver's license for driving positions
Job Qualifications

- proven experience in security or related field preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- knowledge of emergency response procedures
- familiarity with site-specific security policies
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, respond appropriately to emergency situations
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
- monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and report unusual situations
- document activities, observations, and incidents according to protocols
- collaborate with on-site personnel and management to address security concerns
