Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- possess four to six years of security experience
- be 21 years or older
- hold baton permit
- hold OC spray permit
- hold handcuff permit
- provide an up-to-date security resume
- be authorized to work in the U.S.
- pass extensive screening process
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- willingness to work variable indoor and outdoor environments
- first aid certification preferred
- military or law enforcement background encouraged
Job Qualifications
- Have a state security license and 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- have four to six years of security experience
- be 21 years or older
- hold baton permit
- hold OC spray permit
- hold handcuff permit
- possess an up-to-date security resume
- candidates with military or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply
- ability to pass extensive screening process
- first aid certification is an asset
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at assigned location
- work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment
- provide rapid response in critical situations
- read and write detailed reports
- enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards
- patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
- react quickly to threats or incidents
- detain and search when necessary
- document incidents and actions taken
- respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
