Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

- Obtain licensing requirements according to state and/or local laws before employment, if applicable
- Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only

Job Duties
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff members at the front desk in a healthcare location, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols
- Maintain accurate records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, as well as any security-related incidents or unusual activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel as needed to support security-related functions at the location
- Follow all Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior at the front desk area
