Job Requirements
- must have at least 5 years of security-related experience
- must have prior supervisory experience
- must be at least 21 years of age
- access control or badge experience is preferred
- comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- applicants subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws
- consideration of criminal histories consistent with applicable laws
- applicants subject to drug screening where permitted by law
- licensing requirements may apply per state or local regulations
- valid driver's license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications

- experience with access control or badge systems preferred
- proficiency with computers or tablets preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to remain calm and professional in critical situations

Job Duties
- use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments
- receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at the front desk
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- monitor access points by verifying identification and managing visitor logs
- assist with implementation of security-related protocols for visitors and employees
- communicate professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and employees
- document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, or maintenance issues
