Job Requirements
- must have at least 2 years of security-related experience
- must be at least 21 years of age
- customer service experience is preferred
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred
- a valid driver's license is required for driving positions only
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- applicants must be able to pass a background investigation
- must be able to pass a drug screen
- licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations

Job Duties
- provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner maintaining professionalism at all times
- conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues
- monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols
- work collaboratively with site personnel and first responders as needed during incidents or emergencies
- maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities incidents and observations as required by allied universal and site procedures
- remain alert and attentive while performing patrols and during all assigned duties adapting to varying working environments and conditions
