Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions, 21+ for armed roles
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Security Professional Guard Card
- Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screening as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements per state and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license for driving positions
- Reliable availability for night shifts Wednesday through Sunday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or security roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems
- Familiarity with security technology and protocols
- Ability to adapt to variable shifts and assignments

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, employees, and contractors professionally while monitoring access points
- Verify credentials and manage visitor logs to deter unauthorized entry
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents following site-specific protocols
- Provide clear information and customer service at the front desk
- Monitor security systems such as cameras and alarms, report unusual activity
- Follow all site-specific policies including emergency response procedures
- Communicate daily activities and incidents to management and client representatives
