Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug test
- Complete training modules within the first month
- Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
- Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- Valid BSIS Guard License
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Conduct patrols of client properties by foot and vehicle
- Monitor for suspicious activities and promptly report emergencies by calling 911
- Secure all required access points and ensure property safety
- Communicate effectively with Advanced Patrol Officers and Branch Patrol Supervisors
- Write detailed reports using company technology
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned patrol vehicle and equipment
- Deescalate incidents professionally and communicate updates during supervisor scrums
