Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate commitment to service, organizational values, and professionalism
- Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Conduct various mobile security patrols using foot and vehicle methods
- Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and software
- Arrive on time, follow instructions, dress code, and appearance standards
- Interact with internal and external customers, fostering a customer service relationship
- Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding customer or property concerns
- Maintain assigned vehicle including fueling, washing, and cleanliness
- Care for all Signal equipment issued during shifts
- Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks set by Branch Patrol Supervisor
- Deescalate issues professionally through effective communication
- Participate in daily briefings and disseminate operational updates
