Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Background in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred
- Must be professional and able to interact with diverse individuals
- Must have high attention to detail and vigilance
- Ability to respond rapidly and effectively in emergencies
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months
- Standard computer and technology skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are advantageous
- Ability to remain vigilant and attentive to detail throughout the shift
- Able to respond to emergencies with effective judgment and escalate appropriately
Job Duties
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions
- Secure entrances and exits to maintain safety
- Resolve conflicts and perform de-escalation when necessary
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities
- Protect evidence or the scene of incidents during emergencies or investigations
- Set up barriers, signage, and provide directions or information to visitors
- Interact frequently with client employees and guests in a professional manner
