Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes
- Ability to maintain composure in crisis situations
- Ability to interact effectively with angry or emotional patrons and employees
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs, reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag
- Ability to work overnight shifts between 7 PM and 7 AM

- Strong observation and memorization skills
- Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with emotional or agitated patrons
- Physical capability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs, reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag
Job Duties
- Watch for irregularities such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations
- Contact emergency responders such as police, fire, and ambulance as required
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in motor vehicle to ensure security
- Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure security and monitor closed buildings
- Remain alert for unauthorized persons and notify authorities as appropriate
- Respond to security and safety related calls promptly
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain thorough documentation
