Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Seven plus years of experience in SOC environment
- At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience within SOC
- Proven leadership skills in high-pressure, 24/7 operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking for risk management
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of SOC experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams in 24/7 operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset for risk management
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance
Job Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting
- Coordinate SOC resource allocation to support local security needs
- Deliver immediate SOC-based support to on-site security teams
- Manage escalation of multi-area incidents and coordinate SOC support for investigations
- Provide specialized SOC services including virtual escorts and restricted camera access tours
- Lead and mentor SOC supervisors, analysts, and support staff
- Manage threat intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination
