Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- ability to work rotating shifts including 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8:00am
- must be a results-driven individual
- ability to work independently and part of a team
- ability to pass state and federal licensing requirements
- preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm and life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
- Microsoft Office experience desired
- ability to identify and respond to security risks in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Observe and report emergency and non-emergency events
- monitor security systems continuously
- dispatch appropriate personnel and notify the appropriate management levels
- coordinate with all relevant parties during emergency and non-emergency situations
- manage CCTV monitoring of all inside and outside property areas
- monitor badge activities and grant access as required
- oversee the emergency information communications system for the facility
- work rotating shifts 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8:00am
