Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- eligibility to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- possess a current California Guard Card License
- valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for 3 years
- reliable transportation
- proficient in basic computer and smartphone usage
- able to speak, read, and write English
- strong listening skills, patience, and compassion
- ability to remain calm in crisis situations, think critically, and de-escalate conflicts
- ability to prioritize with strong time management skills
- maintain a positive, professional demeanor in adherence to laws and company policies
- ensure compliance with company and client policies
- clear understanding of emergency response procedures
- at least one year of experience in security, mobile patrol, or event roles
- ability to work independently
- successfully pass background check and drug screening
- able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
- desire to pursue law enforcement or criminal justice career encouraged
- permit for exposed firearm is a plus
- performs other related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Respond to triggered alarms, distress calls, or calls for service
- issue, log, and track parking violations
- execute towing policies
- generate awareness among communities
- search properties for unwanted trespassers or suspicious persons
- report emergency incidents to first responder agencies
- investigate any potential safety issues or vandalism
- maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement and first responder agencies
- address any additional client concerns
