Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
authorization to work in the U.S.
ability to pass background check and drug screening
completion of state-mandated security training
physical ability to perform patrol duties
exceptional communication and customer service skills
willingness to work scheduled shifts and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
pass an extensive screening process
possess exceptional customer service skills
be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
have security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours of BSIS security training (additional training provided if needed)

Job Duties

Administer non-contact temperature checks and health-related questionnaires to employees and visitors
perform customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
follow protocols for denying or restricting entry based on health risks
maintain a safe and healthy environment by controlling access points
monitor and authorize the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles
conduct regular patrols of the premises including building interiors and perimeters
operate and monitor surveillance equipment and CCTV cameras to detect and prevent security breaches
respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
answer questions in person or by phone
document security-related incidents and daily activities in detailed reports
ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
