Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have at least three to six years of security experience
- Hold valid baton permit
- Hold valid OC spray permit
- Hold valid handcuff permit
- Provide most up-to-date security resume
- Possess state security license and 32-hour BSIS training (additional training provided if necessary)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to stand and walk for entire shift
- Pass an extensive screening process
Job Qualifications
- Possess a state security license with additional 32-hour BSIS security training
- Hold valid baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have three to six years of security experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have military or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain keen situational awareness
- First aid certification is an asset
Job Duties
- Observe and survey assigned locations and provide detailed activity reports
- Work both indoor and outdoor in variable environments
- Respond rapidly to critical situations
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Detain and search individuals as necessary
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site security checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
