Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- possess a Class D Security License
- be at least 21 years old
- have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
- demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- have basic phone and computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Perform customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control procedures effectively
- conduct regular security patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- respond to incidents and emergencies, provide first aid, and collaborate with emergency response teams
- answer questions from visitors and staff in person or by phone
- write detailed incident reports and communicate any security concerns to relevant personnel
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within the assigned area
