Job Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • possess a Class D Security License
  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
  • demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • have basic phone and computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • have exceptional customer service skills
  • demonstrate proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
  • hold a Class D Security License
  • prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage
  • previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Perform customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • manage access control procedures effectively
  • conduct regular security patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
  • respond to incidents and emergencies, provide first aid, and collaborate with emergency response teams
  • answer questions from visitors and staff in person or by phone
  • write detailed incident reports and communicate any security concerns to relevant personnel
  • ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within the assigned area
