Job Requirements
- be authorized to work in the u.s.
- provide documentation of high school diploma or ged
- have a valid class d security license
- be at least 21 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
- demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- possess proficiency in basic phone and computer skills

Job Duties
- welcome and verify identity of visitors
- guide visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- manage access control at assigned locations
- perform regular security patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond to incidents promptly and provide first aid when necessary
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- coordinate with emergency response teams
- ensure safety and security of individuals and property
- supervise shift security operations
