Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Have one year or more of security experience
- Hold a CA driver's license
- Be at least 21 years old
- Pass an extensive Motor Vehicle Check
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Have a BSIS Guard Card and complete 32 hours of BSIS security training
- Have flexible availability to work any day of the week and any shift
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- One year + of security experience required
- Must have a CA driver's license
- Must be 21 years old and able to pass an extensive Motor Vehicle Check
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem solving skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better
- You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Flexible availability: must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
