Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED in 6 months
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Preferred customer service experience
- Security, law enforcement, or military background preferred
- Ability to manage conflict and de-escalate situations
- Professional demeanor with diverse populations
- Attention to detail and vigilance during shifts
- Capable of emergency response with sound judgment
- Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Secure entrances and exits
- Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions
- Interact frequently with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities
- Protect evidence or incident scenes during accidents or security investigations
- Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information
- Carry out site-specific tasks and duties as required
