Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED in 6 months
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
  • Preferred customer service experience
  • Security, law enforcement, or military background preferred
  • Ability to manage conflict and de-escalate situations
  • Professional demeanor with diverse populations
  • Attention to detail and vigilance during shifts
  • Capable of emergency response with sound judgment
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete GED within 6 months if needed
  • Standard computer and technology skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Professional interaction with diverse individuals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment

Job Duties

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Secure entrances and exits
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions
  • Interact frequently with client employees and guests
  • Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities
  • Protect evidence or incident scenes during accidents or security investigations
  • Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information
  • Carry out site-specific tasks and duties as required
