Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California driver license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to read and understand situational environments
- Willingness to complete security training if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Hold a valid California driver license
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Have first aid certification as an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Possess a state security license and additional 32hr BSIS security training or be willing to obtain during hiring process
Job Duties
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
