Job Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
- must have one-year verifiable security experience
- preferred training in security procedures
- ability to follow federal, state, and local security regulations
- strong observational skills

- ability to work independently during night shifts
Job Duties
- Assist with the day-to-day functions of the facility’s security programs in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards
- assist residents who are exit seeking and provide redirection while notifying the leadership team
- maintain resident and employee safety at all times
- perform security patrols during the night shift
- monitor facility access points for unauthorized entry
- respond to security incidents promptly
- document and report any security concerns
