Job Duties
- Assist with day-to-day functions of the facility's security programs
- Maintain resident and employee safety according to federal, state, and local standards
- Work night shift to monitor and support security during overnight hours
- Identify residents who are exit seeking and apply redirection techniques
- Notify leadership team of any security concerns or unusual activities
- Serve as a night shift concierge providing assistance and information
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe living environment
