Job Requirements
- Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years' security-related experience
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Job Duties
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees at the front desk by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and assigned security-related procedures
- Manage access control by greeting guests, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery logs, and directing individuals to the proper contacts within the location
- Monitor security-related systems from the front desk, such as alarms, CCTV, and communications channels, and document notable activity according to site guidelines
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with on-site teams and/or local responders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate
- Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, access logs, and daily activity reports, and communicate pass-down information to the next shift and/or site leadership
