Job Duties
- Perform customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests
- Manage access control to ensure authorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment regularly and report maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone with professionalism
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
