Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21 plus years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screening as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements may be applicable based on state or local regulations and employment role
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or security roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols and security procedures is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner, providing customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location
- Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for healthcare environments
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and any security-related incidents at the front desk
- Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as directed regarding security-related matters
- Assist with emergency response activities, such as guiding individuals during evacuations and/or lockdowns, according to healthcare facility protocols
- Support a welcoming and secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activity or persons to the appropriate authorities
