Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable experience
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screening as permitted by law
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements prior to employment
- Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only

Job Duties
- Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols of business and perimeter areas
- Perform emergency response activities as required
- Maintain communication with clients and supervisors for incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with company and client safety regulations
- Assist visitors and handle lobby receptionist duties as needed
