Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21 or older for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Licensing requirements as per state or local laws may be required before employment
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- Access control or badge experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while stationed at the front desk
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate
- Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, signing in visitors, and providing directions or information as needed
- Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor interactions
- Communicate professionally and courteously with visitors, clients, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the front desk
