Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state and/or local laws
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Basic knowledge of security protocols
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk location
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while stationed at the front desk
- Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification, logging visitor information, and maintaining awareness of people entering and leaving the location
- Assist with the implementation of security-related protocols and help to deter unauthorized access at the front desk area
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries or concerns and/or direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily activities and incidents encountered during the shift at the front desk
