Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience
- must have at least one year of security-related experience
- must be at least 21 years of age
- customer service experience is preferred
- comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws
- applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- a valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications
- Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience
- have at least one year of security-related experience
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrate preferred customer service experience
- comfortable using computer or tablet
- be at least 21 years of age for armed roles, or 18 years for unarmed roles
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk
- monitor access to the location by verifying identification and logging visitors as required
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
- communicate professionally with employees, guests, and/or vendors to address inquiries and assist as needed
- remain observant while stationed at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activities
- assist with emergency response activities when appropriate and follow instructions from Allied Universal management and client representatives
